There is a VERY frustrating GOTCHA to this drive that IOMEGA help were unable to identify.... You need to enable security on the drive. Many many people have had a problem where the network file share would become inaccessible until the disk is restarted either physically or thru a software reset. I enabled security and has been fine since.
